I help people with health projects. I choose to use the term “projects” because I feel that the words we use are very important, as they craft the pictures in our mind of our experience, and ultimately our lives. A picture may be worth 1,000 words, but as a well known public speaker put it: “I believe that a word can be worth 10,000 pictures”. To use terms like disease, syndrome, illness, and other such words gives the negative parts of our experience more power than we should be giving them, in my personal opinion.

I encourage you to do the same.

The projects that I have chosen to help people with are these:

  1. Sleep
  2. Fibromyalgia
  3. Anxiety
  4. Depression
